Role Description
This is a full-time remote Operations Project Manager position, preferably based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Manager to serve as the right hand to leadership, coordinating cross-functional work, driving execution, and ensuring critical initiatives move forward seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and getting things done. This role requires adaptability to the US shift hours.
What you'll do
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand — manage priorities, prepare briefings, and act as a trusted proxy on operational matters.
- Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple outsourced client engagements : assign tasks, set timelines, remove blockers, and ensure timely client deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (client accountants, specialists, team leads), run internal meetings, capture action items, and follow up to completion.
- Track and report project status using task / project management tools (e.g., Asana / Monday.com / similar); maintain systems for deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
What we are looking for (minimum)
Required
3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or chief-of-staff style roles.Accounting / finance background (client accounting, or similar experience preferred).Comfortable working US hours — 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST.Excellent written & verbal English for team and US-leadership communication.Strong organizational skills, high discretion with confidential information, and a track record of driving projects to completion.Preferred
Experience supporting C-level executives or founders.Background in process improvement or operations consultingFamiliarity with outsourced / client accounting processes and common tools (QuickBooks Online, billing & reconciliation workflows).Experience with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and basic reporting / dashboard creation.Professional credentials (ACCA / CA / CPA / MBA) is / are a plus.Execution Excellence : Gets things done, consistently and reliablySystems Thinking : Sees the big picture and understands how pieces fit togetherProactive Problem-Solving : Anticipates issues and addresses them before they escalateAdaptability : Thrives in fast-paced, changing environmentsDiscretion : Handles sensitive information with maturity and confidentialityInitiative : Self-starter who identifies what needs to be done without being toldSuccess in the first 6-12 months
