We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our AI Team. The ideal candidate will connect with different teams / stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that AI-driven solutions are effectively implemented. You will oversee project execution, guide teams towards achieving project goals, and ensure that the team consistently delivers exceptional value. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations in our dynamic environment.

This role will be based in our center of excellence in Pakistan Karachi and Lahore.

Your Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify AI use cases and understand their specific requirements
Develop project plans and timelines for AI use case development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project goals
Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during development
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including high-level summaries and detailed reports
Lead the AI team in effectively managing and monitoring their progress
Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within your team
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outcomes
Ensure that all AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards

Skills and Attributes for Success

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

5+ years of experience in project management in AI or technology-driven projects

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects successfully

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
