Project Manager

to join our dynamic team at Webix AI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ability to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in driving the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities : Project Planning & Execution :

Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that they meet the defined objectives and timelines. Resource Management :

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are met. Team Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, and technical) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success. Stakeholder Communication :

Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Quality Assurance :

Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and that deliverables are thoroughly reviewed before submission. Budget & Timeline Management :

Track project budgets and timelines to ensure that projects are completed within scope and budget. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them on time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
