As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

Role : Business Development Specialist (Evening Shift)

Location : In-house position at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore

Working Hours : 6 pm to 3 am (Pakistan Time)

Compensation : Basic salary : Rs 60,000 - Rs 90,000 per month + Commission on sales

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and various bidding platforms

Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Job Specification

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry dealing with international clients

Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
