We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales / Business Development Executive with strong English communication skills and proven success in IT or technology-related sales. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled in building client relationships, and experienced in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the IT and technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines, and provide regular sales performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience , preferably in IT, software, or technology services.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

    • Compensation

    80,000 to 100,000 + commissions OTE 450,000
