Enterprise Solutions Strategy Development Product designing, development, testing, delivery and invoicing Product Lifecycle Management Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Product Performance, Optimization, Analysis and Reporting Compliance and Risk Management Effectively Managing Vendor Relationships Follow-up and deliver on the operational plans within timeframes. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the division's overall objectives and the needs of B2B customers. Ensure achievement of assigned regional and national targets through product lines. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to align product roadmap and strategy. Define clear product vision, goals, and success metrics. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including concept development, requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and commercialization. Conduct market research, user testing, and analysis to continuously optimize and enhance existing products. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including vendors, sales, pre-sales, back-end support, and in-house technical teams to drive alignment and ensure successful product launches and implementations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer adoption, sales, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction. Perform reconciliation of vendor invoices and manage payouts. Perform reconciliation of customer usage and ensure accurate invoicing to customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols related to enterprise products and services. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development, deployment, and operations. Draft and send technical and commercial proposals to existing and prospective clients. Develop business case / economic models of clients in coordination with inputs from sales team & vendors ensuring a comfortable gross margin. Education : Preferably Bachelors in Engineering, CS , IT or Master's degree in Business Administration Work experience : 3 years of experience in Products & solutions. Telecom or B2B operations experience will be an advantage. Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
Proven experience in product management roles, preferably in the telecom or technology industry. Demonstrated success in developing and launching digital products targeted towards B2B customers. Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape Proficient in presentations, data analysis, forecasting, reporting and dashboard with end to end commercial product ownership. Experience in development mobile applications and software platforms, focusing on user journey and workflow mapping, using native and / or hybrid technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Telecom Networks, Software-Defined Networking, SIP / Data call flows, Mobile PBX, Cloud, Data Centers, Hosted Exchanges, ERP, PTT Devices, WABA, SDLC, PTA licensing regime and business support systems.
