To ensure Timely Production of AMT / Debit cards and distribution to branches in a secured manager and handling related complaints. To monitor & Ensure 24 / 7 ATM services and escalation of issues to concerned stakeholders. To ensure compliance of the bank’s internal and all kinds of regulatory requirements / Regulations pertaining to ADC operations To ensure timely internal / external and regulatory reporting or as per requirement from time to time To ensure timely resolution of domestic / internal issuer / acquirer-related disputes. To ensure daily reconciliation & settlement of ATM / POS / Bill payments / FT / IBFT / E-commerce, M-Commerce, QR transactions with domestic / International issuer / acquirer-related disputes. Robust and timely RAAST reconciliation and settlement and resolution of disbursing within assigned TATs. To manage captured card and necessary internal and external reporting.
