Key Responsibilities :

Support implementation tasks, including pre-UAT setup, UAT sessions, and deployments.

Assist customers during implementation, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

Collaborate on testing, bug tracking, and troubleshooting.

Maintain detailed project documentation and issue logs.

Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth solution adoption.

Learn banking workflows and financing products under senior mentorship.

Required Skills :

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.

Basic knowledge of software implementation, testing, and deployment.

Understanding of banking workflows (preferred).

Basic technical skills (SQL queries, debugging, scripting).

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in computer science, IT or Engineering.

3+ years of experience in implementation, customer delivery, or technical support.
