Position

We’re hiring a Pipedrive CRM & Automation Consultant to work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise CRM systems and automation workflows. This is a client‑facing, hands‑on consulting role ideal for someone with a technical mindset and a passion for system design and scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customise, and improve client CRM setups, primarily in Pipedrive.
• Build reliable workflows using Zapier, Make, and other no‑code tools.
• Guide clients on pipeline management, lead tracking, activity logging, and sales ops best practices.
• Connect CRMs with external tools via APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
• Create process documentation, automation blueprints, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to clients and ensure long‑term user adoption.
• Maintain excellent client communication and proactively address questions or issues.
