Regional Supervisor

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supervising field educators across hospitals and clinics in Lahore / Karachi .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to educators across hospitals / clinics
• Ensure educator attendance, performance, and compliance with protocols
• Conduct regular field visits for monitoring, mentoring, and on-ground leadership
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and submit timely performance reports
• Coordinate with clinic staff to resolve operational challenges
• Remotely supervise educators in out-of-city locations as needed

Qualifications : Bachelors / Masters

Experiance :

2-3 years of experience in Pharma / FMCG sales & marketing (field experience preferred)

Candidate Attributes :

This is one year Contractual Position.
