• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people at various levels
• Self-motivated with initiative, drive, leadership qualities, decision-making, and resource management skills
• Effective interpersonal and influencing skills
• Leadership and conflict management abilities
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Pakistan or abroad, with no mobility issues
• Age limit : 30 years
• Lead the area team to meet extension, volume, and quality objectives, ensuring a balanced grade mix and pricing
• Work closely with farmers to ensure cultivation of quality produce
• Proper handling of stock to maintain quality, control infestation, reduce waste, and improve costs
• Implement budget controls through effective monitoring of crop expenses
• Lead field force in implementing Integrated Crop Management (ICM) for sustainable agriculture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in the area
