What you will be doing
Prepare the annual plant maintenance plan and maintenance capital and operating budgets in conjunction with the Superior.
Carry out tasks with minimum downtime while maintaining quality.
Prepare benchmarks for routine activities in terms of man‑hours.
Implement technical bulletins and service letters relevant to the designated site.
Develop and lead a motivated and competitive electrical maintenance team.
Carry out any other task assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Establish and implement standard O & M policies and procedures according to Wärtsilä requirements.
Supervise the plant electrical maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operating conditions.
Assist the Superior in scheduling overhauls.
Provide schedules for normal operating periods, planned and forced outages to the plant maintenance team and contractor personnel.
Set and maintain maintenance‑specific training standards for personnel.
Maintenance Management Responsibilities
Planned engine & auxiliary maintenance.
Unplanned engine & auxiliary maintenance.
Plant inventory management.
Maintenance reporting.
Maintenance training.
Spare parts inventory quality assurance.
Maintenance history management.
Carry out maintenance and repair of all instruments, PLC control systems, LV, MV & HV switchgears and all electrical equipment in the power plant and associated facilities.
Location Karachi (Nooriabad)
Qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering.
