Electrical Engineer – Wärtsilä

What you will be doing

• Prepare the annual plant maintenance plan and maintenance capital and operating budgets in conjunction with the Superior.
• Carry out tasks with minimum downtime while maintaining quality.
• Prepare benchmarks for routine activities in terms of man‑hours.
• Implement technical bulletins and service letters relevant to the designated site.
• Develop and lead a motivated and competitive electrical maintenance team.
• Carry out any other task assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Establish and implement standard O & M policies and procedures according to Wärtsilä requirements.
• Supervise the plant electrical maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operating conditions.
• Assist the Superior in scheduling overhauls.
• Provide schedules for normal operating periods, planned and forced outages to the plant maintenance team and contractor personnel.
• Set and maintain maintenance‑specific training standards for personnel.
