PSI seeks a Senior Associate, Philanthropy to support our growth in unrestricted and flexible revenue. This role collaborates with the Philanthropy Lead, cultivates a portfolio of major donors, and advances donor acquisition and stewardship through targeted communication, events, and stewardship activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of major donor prospects, securing five‑ and six‑figure gifts.
- Research, cultivate, and steward donors to increase unrestricted revenue through external partnerships.
- Develop donor‑centric materials, marketing collateral, correspondence, and email campaigns that reflect PSI’s program impact.
- Contribute to stewardship activities, processing gifts and maintaining donor relationships for a seamless experience.
- Embed PSI values : Measurement, Pragmatism, Honesty, Trust, Collaboration, and Commitment.
- Travel : less than ten percent internationally.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.At least five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education / experience combination.Proven fundraising or sales record with measurable revenue targets; major gifts and planned giving experience preferred.Proficiency with donor databases and prospect research tools; Salesforce experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building long‑term relationships.Excellent project management, organizational, multitasking, and deadline‑management skills in a fast‑paced setting.Creativity, curiosity, integrity, and problem‑solving capability with a proactive mindset.Demonstrated emotional intelligence to collaborate across teams, partners, and donors.Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Office 365.Why Work at PSI?
