PR Associate

to support the CEO’s communications and public relations initiatives. This role involves managing external visibility, coordinating content creation, and assisting with the CEO’s participation in media, events, and thought leadership opportunities. You’ll work closely with the PR Assistant to the CEO to ensure consistent messaging, timely content delivery, and effective brand representation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Support in planning and executing the CEO’s PR and communication strategy.

Draft and edit articles, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and event remarks on behalf of the CEO.

Coordinate with media outlets, event organizers, and internal teams for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.

Track and summarize media coverage, mentions, and industry trends relevant to the CEO’s profile.

Help manage the CEO’s online presence, ensuring consistent tone, engagement, and visibility.

Maintain a calendar of upcoming PR opportunities, media deadlines, and event timelines.

Assist with research and content prep for interviews, panels, and press features.

Prepare weekly reports summarizing CEO communications activities and results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or content writing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior leadership.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Familiarity with media platforms, social media management, and content tracking tools.

Preferred

Experience in executive communications, media relations, or brand storytelling.

Basic understanding of PR analytics and reporting tools.

A natural curiosity about leadership, business, and media trends.
