Lead Generation Campaign Manager
to execute and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives on daily campaign management, performance optimization, and delivering qualified leads across B2B, B2C, and SaaS markets. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of
Google Ads
and
Microsoft Ads
campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copywriting, landing page creation, and bid adjustments. Implement
SEO strategies
(technical and on-page), with a focus on
WordPress SEO
for traffic growth and rankings. Maintain
WordPress website content , ensuring landing pages and site updates are optimized for lead capture. Build and run
HubSpot CRM workflows , automations, and integrations for effective lead nurturing. Apply
AI-powered marketing tools
for campaign optimization and dynamic personalization. Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI. Work with content and design teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and campaigns. Qualifications
5+ years of experience executing
digital marketing campaigns , with a focus on paid media and SEO. Proven success managing
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
and
Microsoft Ads . Strong skills in
WordPress content management
and SEO optimizations. Practical experience with
HubSpot CRM
workflows and automations. Familiarity with
AI-based tools
for targeting, personalization, or ad optimization. Analytical mindset with expertise in
