We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with experience in lead generation, sales development, and client account management. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the growth of our offshore staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted market research to identify, segment, and qualify potential clients. Generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Prospect via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position company solutions effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and ongoing business needs. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to management to support strategy development. Requirements & Skills 4+ years of experience in lead generation, and business development Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory) and other lead generation platforms (Apollo, and ZoomInfo) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and phone) with the ability to engage and persuade prospects. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
