Developers Den is hiring for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will fuel our growth by identifying strong leads on Upwork, crafting winning proposals, and converting opportunities that leverage our web + AI expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct lead scraping, sourcing, and enrichment based on the Company's offering and ICPs to identify new business opportunities.
Utilize platforms like Upwork for lead generation and networking.
Refine leads and launch targeted outreach campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn.
Manage inbound leads to qualify them and book intro calls with the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead qualification and follow-up efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
General understanding of the B2B & B2C sales process and relevant verbiage.
Proficiency in a variety of sales and sales enablement platforms (CRMs, Sequencers, Sales Intelligence / Prospecting, etc.).
Should have experience working in an IT firm or related industry.
