Governance, Risk And Compliance (grc) Manager Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or IT. Master will be preferred. Any two certifications required from these CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CCNP, MCSE, Security, ITIL, PMP

Overview The primary purpose of this role is to own and ensure the development of ICT business in Pakistan, Middle East and in the region - primarily via an arrangement with professional Engineers in the company and hiring consultants if necessary.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and gather data for all major accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East.

Perform data mining, shortlist potential accounts, approach selected clients, set up meetings, and manage business communications to ramp up negotiations into business deals.

Handover positive leads to the engineering manager and maintain client relationships until services are delivered and the account is signed off.

Maintain vendor and client relationships for current and future prospects as a Director of IT Butler e-Services.

Lead on ensuring reliable quality of service as a key management role, with a track record of achievement and the ability to drive company momentum and leadership in growth.

Oversee ongoing services deployment with project management responsibilities, managing onsite engineers in implementation and provisioning processes from a technical perspective, including software and tools requirements.

Identify weaknesses and remedial actions to steer the company toward a cutting-edge, high-quality telecommunications service provider for corporate and government customers, measured by technical and customer performance parameters.

Oversee customer service provisioning, fault handling procedures and escalations for running projects.

Maintain a highly IS-Security focused approach across the entire business operation.

Support Marketing Manager with product trainings and strategy planning for current and future opportunities in Pakistan and overseas.

Job Specification

Strong Marketing and Sales background & experience in the telecommunications industry or IT.

Experience in IT operations and operations systems such as trouble ticket tracking, etc.

Familiarity with telecommunications data services such as GPRS, WiMax, LANs, WANs, VPNs, IP, IP VPNs, GSM, internet, etc.

Project management skills.

Strong experience in vendor management.

Good computer literacy.

Experience in deploying networks.

Good communications skills for customer interaction.

Team player with interpersonal skills.

Business Maturity and calm under pressure.
