In this role, the individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage IT audits, assess compliance risks, and implement necessary controls, particularly in regulated sectors such as healthcare. The position demands excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external parties, strong project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies will facilitate efficient governance processes and adaptation to evolving business needs. Although this role does not manage a team directly, it requires a self‑driven professional who can oversee compliance initiatives independently and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT governance practices within Riphah International University.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, or CGEIT preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience managing IT audits, risks, and compliance in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining IT / SAP governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) and risk management principles.
• Solid grasp of SAP ERP modules and change management processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and governance tools.
