Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karachi Division. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and training junior sales staff. Day-to-day tasks will include handling sales operations, preparing sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills

Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams

Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Proficiency in using sales and marketing software
