Job description

Qualification : MBA (from any reputable university) / Mechanical OR Process Engineering

Knowledge & Skills :

Minimum 10 years of experience, including more than five years specifically with Lubricants Product lines in product formulation and sales support,
OR experience as a Reliability, Process, or Mechanical Engineer, or in a role providing direct lubricants technical support.

Additional qualities :

Track record of success within a targeted sales environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to engage at all levels of client organizations.

Demonstrated technical and engineering skills with proven application in the B2B industrial sales market.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Job Specification

Strong written and oral negotiation, consultancy, presentation, and communication skills.

High organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.

Target-driven and results-oriented.

Ability to meet deadlines, complete projects, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.

Exceptional customer management skills, with a focus on building long-term trust and relationships.
