Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Provide strategic direction and support to the Marketing & Promotional activities. Conduct regular feedback surveys with clients to analyze their requirements in-depth and to drive / monitor Customer Satisfaction ensuring the customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded. Relationship building to foster Market networking opportunities. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, marketing support, etc. as needed. Manage client contacts in a prompt, efficient manner, providing accurate and thorough responses to requests for information.
