Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary UI / UX Designer to craft visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences. You will blend artistic flair with user-centric design, pushing creative boundaries to transform concepts into captivating interfaces. Your portfolio should showcase originality, technical skill, and a passion for solving complex problems elegantly.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Conceptualization : Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions for web, mobile, and other platforms.

Visual & Interaction Design : Design pixel-perfect interfaces focusing on aesthetics, typography, and color theory. Create micro-interactions and animations to enhance user delight.

Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop high-fidelity prototypes that balance creativity and functionality using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Design Systems : Build and maintain dynamic design systems to ensure consistency while allowing creative evolution.

Collaboration : Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align designs with brand vision and technical feasibility.

Trendspotting : Stay ahead of design trends, integrating fresh ideas while maintaining usability.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Portfolio (must have) : A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative UI / UX projects, highlighting creativity and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Bonus : Motion design (After Effects, Principle).

Experience : 3+ years in UI / UX design, with a focus on creative digital products.

Design Knowledge : Deep understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design principles.

Soft Skills : Curiosity, storytelling ability, and a user-first mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.

Education : Degree or relevant experience in Design or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills :

Basic to intermediate HTML / CSS knowledge.

Experience with user testing and data-driven design.
