Project Manager

Optimizeall is looking for a talented Project Manager who assists in the day-to-day project management and leadership activities related to project delivery and execution. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approach in guiding and supporting cross-functional project teams. They are also responsible for identifying and removing impediments, facilitating discussions for making appropriate process decisions, and creating solutions to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities :

• Following a project management methodology to initiate, plan, execute, control, and closeout projects.
• Utilizing strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels within the company to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
• Working on small, medium, or large projects and covering a wide range of solutions including, but not limited to, software development, package implementation, application integration, and business process improvement.
• Effectively measuring success through the development of metrics and reports as well as presenting the results to senior management.
