Compensation Market Competitive Base salary + Sales-based Commission

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company projects and services to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and project knowledge.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
