Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic real estate agent (women preferred) to join our team. Working full-time, you will engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct property viewings and open houses

Generate and manage leads through various channels

Negotiate deals and contracts

Stay updated with market trends and property values

Guide clients through the entire property transaction process

Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts

Prepare and present offers to clients

Coordinate with other real estate professionals and vendors

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field

Proven track record of successful property sales or rentals

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong network and ability to foster long-term client relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and paperwork

Qualifications

Valid real estate license

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets

Competent in using real estate databases and CRM systems

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
