Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients to promote property sales.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
Source, generate, and follow up on leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM / software.
Participate in open house events, sales exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience
Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
Experienced professionals (up to 10 years in real estate / property sales or related industries) will be given preference.
Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Urdu).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives / commissions (depending on experience).
