Key Responsibilities :
- Handle B2B commercial energy calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications :
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.Ability to work the night shift (8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM).Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.Freshers and females are encouraged to apply.Salary and Benefits :
