Job descriptionMaintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all institutional accounts. Accurately record bank transactions in the financial system (SAP S / 4HANA). Prepare monthly reconciliation summaries and support senior management in financial reviews. Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements. Coordinate with departments for asset monitoring and utilization. Liaise with auditors by providing relevant schedules and documentation. Identify and support improvements in asset and reconciliation processes.
We are seeking a proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
Job Requirements :
- CA Finalist / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / BBA (Finance).
- Experience in asset management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IAS / IFRS) and internal controls.
- Proficient in SAP S / 4HANA and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
