Deputy Manager Finance Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is pivotal in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of domain, exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrate unwavering integrity, and manage financial processes with precision and accuracy. This position requires a proactive and collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS)

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.

Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.

Demonstrate a high level of accountability and integrity, with a commitment to ethical financial practices.

Job Requirements :

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA.

Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP S / 4 Hana.

Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using SAP S / 4HANA and Power BI.

Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
