Manager Finance Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and IFRS, and driving strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate must have expertise in IFRS, strong strategic problem-solving skills, and a commitment to unwavering integrity. This role demands a proactive leader with the ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial strategy effectively. Job Responsibilities

Manage the finance department's daily operations, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency. Provide financial insights to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth. Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ensure smooth execution of audits by liaising with internal and external auditors. Leverage SAP S / 4HANA and Power BI for data-driven decision-making and digital transformation in financial processes. Job Requirements

Professional qualifications : CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent) Candidates with articles from Big4 accounting firms would be preferred. Expertise of IFRS, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, taxation and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S / 4HANA. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of financial regulations. Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Note
