Centre Manager

Supervise Education Team and Facilities Administrator to ensure the overall success and effective daily operations of the center.

Filter all current and future programs through the lens of the center mission statement.

Collect, consolidate / organize, redevelop and / or create lesson plans for all current and future programs.

With input from Education Team, seek out professional development and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Serve as a liaison / spokesperson for the Education Team by reporting directly to the MD.

Support development and delivery of holiday programmes and camps in coordination with Educator.

Job Specification

Preferred degree in Science, Education or similar focus.

Friendly, energetic, and welcoming nature.

Working knowledge of current education trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
