Legal Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our company on various legal matters related to corporate and employment law. Draft and review contracts such as employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements. Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure that our company complies with relevant laws and regulations. Manage litigation and disputes, and represent our company in court when necessary. Manage intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Manage documents, review contracts, and help make other strategic decisions. Advise on employment and labor law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues. Provide legal advice to senior management on a range of legal issues that may affect our company. Review, draft, and negotiate legally-binding agreements on behalf of the corporation. Advise corporate directors and officers on their rights and responsibilities, and other policies used to manage the company. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance. Extensive experience in employment and labor law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
