1. Develop marketing plans in accordance with the market trend.

2. Coordinate and provide timely updates to the management and support the senior management in all activities relating to image building and promotion of the company business.

3. Tirelessly prospect new customers to meet and exceed assigned sales goals via onsite meetings with clients and emails as necessary.

4. Continually probe client and prospects needs for customization of products.

5. Ability to pitch potential customers and generate new businesses through effective software marketing and software selling techniques

6. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives

7. Extremely effective communication and presentation skills.

8. Must have a passion for success.

9. Good command on MS Office products.

10. 1 year of successful sales experience preferably selling customized softwares & Financial Systems.

11. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

12. Minimum graduate, BBA / MBA will be a plus

13. Fluent in English.

14. Computer literate.

15. Attention to detail and strong ability to work with deadlines Sales Skills Consultative Selling Style, Executive Presentation skills
