Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive operational, client, KPIs, and bid proposal reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Power Query.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and analysis.

Manage the lifecycle of analytical projects, from data collection through to visualization and end-user adoption.

Continuously improve the reporting and analysis processes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data.

Job Specification

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field or Data Analysis certification.

0-2 years of experience specifically in data analysis / business intelligence. Projects will be required to evaluate the candidates.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and visualize data, resulting in actionable insights.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in automating processes using VBA, Python or similar technologies.
