Data Analyst (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst working with healthcare / EHR data. Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling. Proven ability to produce fast, actionable insights from EHR / healthcare datasets. Comfortable working with warehouse / lakehouse structures and querying large datasets. Ability to define meaningful metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and accuracy. Responsibilities

Work closely with the Data Engineer on the normalized data model to ensure analytical readiness. Collaborate with the Business Analyst to align outputs with workflows and key business questions. Analyze, interpret, and present data findings to drive informed decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.
