To provide support to the Sales team who are responsible for inbound and / or outbound lead generation of new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. Process lead generation, inventory management, pricing trends, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance, and other Sales support functions. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of the Company’s database. Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics. Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist the sales team and recruitment in accomplishing company goals. Manage and supervise sales admins' work. Accountable for all essential document verification. Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials for onboarding new sales talent. Educational Qualification
Preferably a post-graduate degree in Business Administration or Project Management with specialization in Finance or Management from an HEC recognized university. Skills
