This role serves as a bridge between our Finance and Supply Chain teams — driving financial planning, cost analysis, and process improvements across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Act as the finance business partner for Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain operations.
Monitor and analyze supply chain costs (procurement, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis within SAP.
Implement and enhance SAP-based financial controls and reporting tools for better visibility of supply chain performance.
Provide financial guidance on sourcing decisions, vendor negotiations, inventory optimization, and capital investment projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, process improvements, and working capital efficiency.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate financial policies.
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the supply chain finance function.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
Strong expertise in SAP (FI / CO essential; MM / PP / SD preferred) and financial reporting tools.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industry will be an advantage.
In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and cost structures.
Advanced SAP skills : costing, material ledger, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence decision‑making and drive process improvements.
