To look after day to day Finance matters
To execute the IPO procedures
Company listing procedures
Accounts preparation
To oversee Stock Exchange Listing Process
Preparation of Financial Statements
Corporate Governance
Other tasks as required.

Qualifications

CA - ICMA / MBA - Finance

Public limited background will be preferred

Manufacturing / Industries background will be preferred

Must be energetic and Self starter

Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
