Overall responsibility for the finance function and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization whilst driving cash flows. Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports for the group. Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets. Assess & manage risks and develop financial management mechanisms. Formulate strategy and long-term business plans. Approve and coordinate improvements in financial management systems for the company. Ensure compliance with Company Law and other applicable legal and statutory compliance. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budget, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance, and data entry. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analysis and information reports. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. Job Specification

CA / ACCA / CMA / Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. A total of 6+ years of experience in Financial management; preferably 2 years at senior management level in strategic planning and execution. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Understanding of general accounting principles, laws, and taxes.
