Business Analyst

to join the

EU Data Analytics team . We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the

FP&A function . This cross‑functional role blends

strong analytical

and technical expertise with

sound business acumen . The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through the use of

modern data tools

and

automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the FP&A team to provide

analytical support

in

monitoring KPI ,

forecasting metrics ,

financial reporting

and

pricing models.

Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data‑driven insights that inform financial decision‑making.

Build and maintain

automated reports , and

data pipelines

using

SQL

and / or

Python .

Identify opportunities to streamline

reporting processes

and improve data quality through automation.

Work closely with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.

Assist in the development and maintenance of

financial models

that support

strategic planning

and

performance analysis.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 2 years experience as a

financial analyst or a similar role .

Strong understanding of

accounting principles

and

financial statements.

Proficiency in

SQL

for

data extraction ,

transformation , and analysis.

Must possess hands‑on experience with

Python.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the

ability to communicate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Self‑starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for using data to drive business value.
