Business Analyst

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights from team members and stakeholders Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Experience in creating clear and concise documentation A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solutions A background in project management or familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus Why AHOY?
