Timings : 4 PM - 1 AM We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with proven expertise in B2B sales and partnerships . This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of closing large-scale deals, creating long-term partnerships, and leading initiatives that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to design customized solutions for clients.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).5 to 6 years of proven business development experience with a strong focus on B2B sales.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level accounts.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.Ability to design and implement long-term sales strategies and business development initiatives.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and pipeline management.Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
