Position Overview

As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) in our outbound call center, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products and services.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products / services offered.
• Effectively communicate product / service information, promotions, and pricing to customers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match those needs.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalations as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
