Director - HR Operations & Talent Acquisition
Role Overview :
The Sales Support Officer will provide operational, administrative, and client-facing support to the Sales team in Pakistan and Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, client onboarding, and relationship management. The role is critical in maintaining high service standards, efficient processes, and accurate reporting in a fast-paced forex and crypto trading environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of forex and crypto trading products, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Support & Onboarding
- Assist Sales teams in onboarding new clients and partners (IBs, affiliates, institutional clients).
- Provide product guidance and support to clients regarding trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, or proprietary platforms).
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Support the Sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update client records, CRM databases, and sales pipelines.
- Generate reports on client activity, sales performance, and lead follow-ups for management review.
- Track and reconcile commissions, bonuses, and incentive calculations for sales staff and partners.
Coordination & Process Improvement
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.Assist in organizing webinars, events, and training sessions for clients and partners.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase sales efficiency and client experience.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all client documentation complies with internal policies and local regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.).Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation of sales activities and transactions.Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in fintech or finance.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools).Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices.What we offer :
