Job Overview :

As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting sales for our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive and achieve sales targets (not essential).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries, orders, and any other relevant information.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
  • Continuously improve and update knowledge on products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years in sales and customer support service.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
