Job descriptionNegotiate or assist in negotiation with key services providers in order to improve the pricing (cost structure). Handle key accounts & prospects. Provide monthly, quarterly & annual market updates report on new services, competitors, business opportunities, etc. Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall service levels. Immediately report important issues to direct senior level & propose solutions. Be persuasive, persistent & result-oriented. Possess medium leadership & problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Suggest, assist in identifying, setting up sales strategy.
- Setup sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company, detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
- Support & motivate the staff members to achieve individual & team targets.
- Supervise daily work of sales staff.
- Liaise closely with HR department in solving daily HR issues including discipline compliance and work attitude.
- Build-up good relationships with the respective clients in the responsible field.
