The Sales Asst. Managers are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company’s product. They help in the turnover of sales and provide strong feedback to our valuable customers regarding changes required in the services to meet customer standards.
Responsibilities :
Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales and conversion percentages Train, motivate and evaluate coworkers Organize daily activities, including coworker schedules Set specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction and coworker development Gauge performance by monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and financial reports Collaborate with coworkers within the partnership store Review terminated customers and respectfully communicate with customers to promote timely payments and try to retain them back Network with partnership store coworkers to gain referrals Job Specification
Required Skills :
Strong communication skills with strong business related knowledge. The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently. Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets. Candidate should have some work experience in facing customers. Writing proposals, sales promotion, lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, closing, selling skills, sales forecasting, direct sales, account mapping.
