Assistant Manager Sales

Responsibilities

To check and ensure that the sales team is following the policies and procedures of the company.

To filter down the sales targets in coordination with Deputy Manager Consumer Marketing.

To make and assign regions.

Setting of internet scratch cards sales targets (gross sales targets, quantity targets, number of visits targets, number of shops targets etc. on regular basis).

To assign scratch cards sales targets to Sales team.

To help Sales Executives in achieving sales targets.

To evaluate and monitor sales targets.

To visit market to ensure compliance.

To develop good relations with retailers.

To check availability of POS material and ensure that POS material is properly displayed.

Team building (hiring, training & motivation of staff).

Briefing to sales team on daily basis.

Smooth functioning of scratch cards team (attendance, punctuality, cost efficiency, presentation and scheduling etc.).
